Job Title: Registered Nurse (Med/Surg/Telemetry)Job Summary:As a Registered Nurse specializing in Med/Surg/Telemetry, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in medical surgical units and telemetry units. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while ensuring patient safety and comfort.Responsibilities and Duties:1. Monitor and assess patients' medical conditions and vital signs2. Administer medications and treatment as prescribed by physicians3. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans4. Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and management5. Document patient care and outcomes accurately and timely6. Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions7. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff8. Adhere to ethical and professional standards of nursing practice9. Participate in continuous education and training to stay current on best practices and technologiesQualifications and Skills:1. Valid RN license in the state of practice2. Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a med/surg or telemetry setting4. BLS and ACLS certification5.
